From our main office administrative staff to our Resident Services, property managers and maintenance staff, we are a dedicated team working together to build healthier, stronger communities and an enhanced quality of life for all residents. We do this through professional onsite management and a comprehensive range of programs and services that enrich the lives of our residents. We prioritize ongoing professional development training to ensure that our experienced property team stays current with affordable housing issues, requirements, and good practices. Having a clear understanding of state and federal regulations enables our staff to effectively assist those in need of affordable housing. Some of our staff members have earned certification by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA), National Center for Housing Management and the Institute Real Estate Management.
